By the wise Providence of God, in the past years you had the opportunity to fulfill various church obediences. It is gratifying to note that in every place you invariably sought to show yourself as a zealous servant of the altar of the Lord.

Now you are working diligently under the leadership of His Grace Metropolitan Alexander, head of the Metropolitan District of the Russian Orthodox Church in the Republic of Kazakhstan, making your contribution to the development of diocesan and parish life, trying to be a worker who does not need to be ashamed, faithfully teaching the word of truth (2 Tim. 2:15).

May the all-generous Lord fill you with the gifts of the Holy Spirit, keeping you in good health and peace for many years to come.
