On Friday of the 1st week of Lent, after the evening service in the Church of the Blessed Matrona of Moscow of the Iveron-Seraphim Monastery, the Head of the Orthodox Church of Kazakhstan, Metropolitan Alexander of Astana and Kazakhstan, performed the monastic tonsure of the key-keeper of the Dormition Cathedral in Astana, Archpriest Dimitry Baidek.
