Please accept heartfelt congratulations on your 60th birthday, coupled with prayerful wishes for physical health, mental peace and abundant mercies from the Giver of all blessings.

Determined to work in the field of the Lord, you received a theological education at Moscow theological schools, took monastic vows at the monastery of the Monk Abba Sergius and took holy orders. The Almighty judged you to fulfill various church obediences and, seeing your zeal, called you to episcopal labors.

For more than ten years you have been heading the Kokshetau diocese and are making many efforts so that the clergy and flock entrusted to your care pass their careers in all piety and purity.

In consideration of your service and in connection with this memorable date, I consider it fair to honor you with the Order of St. Seraphim of Sarov (III degree).

Through the intercession of the Queen of Heaven, may the Lord strengthen you in your further hierarchal work for the benefit of Holy Orthodoxy.
